Automotive Training Solutions was founded in 2005 by Grant and Kathy Hand both of whom have extensive background in training and accreditation within the TAFE system. Our main focus currently is to provide air conditioning training and accreditation and associated training programs across the automotive industry, specialising in the mining and heavy plant industries. We take pride in focusing on providing a quality training product linked with assessment, and our objective is to ensure up skilling and cross skilling of staff. ATS operates on a Walk-in, Walk-out basis where we do everything on behalf of our clients, and this, together with our dedication to providing on-going customer support contributes to our success. Our key clients include BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto, Fortescue Metal Group, Macmahon contractors, Leighton contractors, HWE, Thiess, Lehir Gold, Sandvik etc.

• Specialise in industry specific courses. Design of specialist training programs through a training needs analysis to ensure your needs are accurately met
• Heavy and light vehicle air conditioning is a speciality (Including electrical and electronic control systems)
• We offer evening and weekend training programs to reduce downtime and minimise costs
• We also offer training in remote locations (specifically mine sites)

We provide consultancy services to support all training programs for our clients. In addition, we strive to develop and deliver training programs based on clients direct needs.

Administrative staff provide support with all aspects of air conditioning accreditation and all other training programs.
